Privacy Policy

This policy describes how NetSentra Inc. ("NetSentra," "we," "our") handles information in connection with this website (netsentra.ca). NetSentra is an Ontario corporation providing a network security platform and AI agents for small businesses.

This policy covers this website only. Information handled on behalf of clients under a services agreement is governed by that agreement and, where personal health information is involved, by our PHIPA agent agreement. Those are separate documents.

What this site does

This website is informational. There is no sign-up, no account creation, no online service, and no form to submit. Nothing you do here creates a record with us unless you choose to email us.

Information we collect

We do not ask you for your name, email address, payment information, or any other personal information on this site. We do not use cookies, local storage, advertising pixels, session recording, or third-party analytics or tracking scripts.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which typically include IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamp. These are used to operate and secure the site, and are not used to build a profile of you.

Third-party requests

This site makes none. Every resource it loads — text, images, logos, styling, and the typeface — is served from our own infrastructure. Loading a page on netsentra.ca does not cause your browser to contact any company other than us, so no third party learns your IP address, your device, or which of our pages you read.

If you contact us by email

If you email info@netsentra.ca, we receive your email address, your message, and anything you attach. We use it only to respond to you and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell it, and we do not share it except where we are legally required to. Our business email is hosted on Microsoft 365.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies and uses no similar tracking technologies. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Hosting and data location

This website is served from infrastructure operated by our hosting provider, which uses a global content delivery network, so the page you are reading may be served from a location outside Canada.

This is separate from the NetSentra security platform and AI agent platform, which run in Canadian cloud regions with per-client isolation. Client operational data does not pass through this website.

Links to other sites

Where we link to a third-party website, we are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices. Product names and logos shown on this site identify software we integrate with and do not imply any partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement.

Your rights

Under Canadian federal privacy law (PIPEDA) you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and withdraw consent to our use of it. Write to the address below and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Retention

Email correspondence is kept only as long as needed for the purpose it was sent, or as long as required by law or professional obligation, and is then deleted. Server logs are retained on our hosting provider's standard schedule.

Children

This site is directed at businesses, not at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We update this policy when what the site does changes. The effective date above changes with each revision. Material changes will be described here rather than made silently.
