NetSentra Inc. is an Ontario corporation based in Ottawa. We started by securing regulated small businesses: clinics, law firms, brokerages, and advisory practices. That discipline now shapes everything we build, including our AI.

How we think

Four principles we don't trade away.

Least privilege, always

Every system we build, security or AI, gets only the access its job requires. Broad permissions are convenient to build with and dangerous to live with. We take the harder road on purpose.

A person stays in the loop

High-risk security decisions are reviewed by a human before escalation. AI agents get human approval before anything leaves the building. Automation does the work; people keep the judgment.

Explainable over impressive

When our platform flags something, the reasoning can be shown. When an agent acts, the action is logged. No black-box claims, because regulators, insurers, and owners deserve answers.

Canadian by design

Client data stays in Canada. Retention is regulator-aware. PHIPA, Law Society of Ontario, FSRA, and CIRO expectations inform how we design, not as footnotes but as requirements.

Why security matters

Small businesses carry big-business risk.

A clinic, a law office, or a brokerage holds the same kind of sensitive data an enterprise does, without the security team an enterprise has. Attackers know it, insurers know it, and regulators increasingly expect small businesses to act on it.

We build for exactly that gap. Practical protection and practical automation, deployed by people who show up, priced for businesses that do not have an IT department, and explained in plain language a business owner can repeat to their insurer or their regulator.
